DePhaser is a decentralized finance platform designed to modernize cross-border transactions and digital asset management. To maintain the accuracy of its peg, DePhaser integrates external data oracles from Chainlink and Pyth. The use of Layer 2 networks like Optimism and Base is intended to offer users faster transaction speeds and lower fees compared to the Ethereum mainnet. One notable feature of the ecosystem is the JPYT Smart Wallet, which utilizes the ERC-4337 standard. This technology enables users to pay blockchain gas fees directly using JPYT tokens instead of requiring native assets like Ether. This is designed to simplify the user experience for those who prefer to operate entirely within a Yen-denominated environment. In terms of utility, JPYT is positioned as a bridge between traditional Japanese finance and the Web3 ecosystem. It is intended for use in everyday transactions, international remittances, and decentralized applications. By providing a digital version of the Yen, the project aims to help businesses and individuals engage in global trade without the friction of frequent currency conversions or reliance on traditional banking intermediaries.
