Dinari ARKB (arkb.d) is a Web3 project that offers a tokenized representation of the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF. Each ARKB.d token is fully backed on a 1:1 basis by an equivalent share of the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF. These underlying ETF shares are securely held in a transparent and auditable treasury, ensuring that each token is collateralized. The primary goal of Dinari ARKB is to connect traditional financial products with digital innovation through the use of blockchain technology. It provides a compliant and secure method for investors to gain exposure to Bitcoin via a regulated financial product. The project incorporates several features designed to enhance user experience. These include 24/7 trading, the ability for fractional ownership, instant settlement of transactions, and increased liquidity for the underlying asset. The ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF, which Dinari ARKB tokens represent, aims to track the performance of Bitcoin. This performance is measured by the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate – New York Variant, adjusted for the ETF's expenses and liabilities. The ETF maintains exposure to "spot" Bitcoin. It is noted that ARKB.d utilizes a proxy contract, which implies the contract owner has the ability to make modifications to the token's contract.
