iZUMi Finance is a multi-chain DeFi protocol that provides "Liquidity as a Service" (LaaS). It is designed to solve the "Pool 2 dilemma," a common issue where liquidity mining leads to high inflation and significant sell pressure. By utilizing programmable liquidity tools, iZUMi enables projects to distribute incentives more efficiently within customized price ranges. This approach helps maintain sustainable liquidity and ensures that incentive tokens are used effectively to benefit both the project and its liquidity providers.

iZiSwap is the decentralized exchange (DEX) of the iZUMi ecosystem. Unlike traditional automated market makers, it employs a Discretized-Liquidity-AMM (DL-AMM) model. This innovation allows for centralized exchange-like features, such as on-chain limit orders, and significantly boosts capital efficiency by up to 5000x. By concentrating liquidity on specific price ticks, iZiSwap reduces slippage for traders and maximizes fee earnings for liquidity providers, offering a more robust and efficient trading environment compared to standard V3-style exchanges.

iZi is the native utility token used for transaction fees, incentive pool creation, and platform tools. veiZi (veNFT) is the governance token obtained by locking iZi for a specific duration. Holding veiZi provides three main benefits: governance voting rights on DAO proposals, a share of protocol revenue via staking rewards (funded by iZi buybacks), and yield boosting of up to 2.5x in LiquidBox. While locked iZi is non-transferable, the veiZi NFT itself can be traded on secondary NFT marketplaces, allowing users to exit their positions if needed.

iPoints (iZiSwap Points) are used to quantify a user's contribution to the iZUMi ecosystem. Users earn them by completing tasks such as swapping specific amounts or providing liquidity for a minimum duration (typically 72–120 hours) on supported chains. These points are chain-specific and non-transferable between networks. iZUMi frequently distributes a portion of ecosystem tokens received from partner foundations to users based on their accumulated iPoints, making them a key metric for determining airdrop eligibility and rewards within specific network environments.

LiquidBox is a programmable liquidity mining platform where users stake liquidity provider (LP) positions to earn extra rewards from trading fees and project incentives. It features specialized models designed to minimize impermanent loss for stablecoins. iUSD (iZUMi Bond USD) is a stablecoin-like bond issued by the protocol, 100% collateralized by protocol revenue. It functions as a fixed-income product, allowing users to purchase the bond and later convert it to iZi or redeem it, providing a stable alternative for participants within the ecosystem.

iZUMi Finance prioritizes safety through a non-custodial architecture and rigorous external validation. The protocol has undergone multiple security audits by reputable firms to ensure the integrity of its smart contracts. As a non-custodial platform, iZUMi never has direct access to user funds. All liquidity remains within the decentralized exchange's smart contracts, and users retain full ownership of their assets via LP NFTs. This structure ensures that users can withdraw their liquidity at any time without requiring permission from the protocol administrators.
